This is an intellectual exercise for the mind and does not cast any aspersions on anyone including the Republicans.

November 25, 2011, Revised Feb 12, 2012: Jesus Christ has made statements which are easily and truly construed as anti-republican. This missive just reflects His ideas. The opinions expressed here are already floating in the cyberspace, which I captured and put on these pages.

By and large, the media and the politicians do not criticize the voting public, sort of Sacred Bos primigenius. But the criticisms are leveled against the public in couched words and phrases. One has to discern and understand what is meant. Here is the rendition of that essence.

The Presidential Election is a year away (Nov, 2011). The fever is raging; there are the few Gems, the Gravels, the Hopefuls, the Wannabes, the Clowns, the Knaves, the Know-nothings.... To choose one among them to lead the USA (and indeed the world) is a difficult job. The voting public, short on memory and long on cosmetics, legacies, preconceived ideas and prejudices failed in the past to elect the right candidate for the president, plunging the country into debt and disaster. Here is a simple fact based on finances. Majority of people must be Democrats for the simple reason they don't belong to the 1% of the population branded the Super-rich, who are not at proximate fault for our woes (and yet Jesus Christ casts a curse on them). Most of us (91% to 99%) are all Nullionaires, neither millionaires, billionaires nor Lottonaires. I coined the word 'Nullionaire' and 'Lottonaire' which are self-explanatory.

One does not become rich or a republican by name-dropping or voting republican. The Have-Nots but wannabe Have-Lots have this unrealistic romantic delusion, they belong to the Republican party, though the republican elite treat the discards with disdain and discomfort. While we are dunking donuts (which I like), they are spooning caviar and sipping champagne; there lies the difference between the 99 percenter (Nullionaires) and 1 percenter (Have-lots). The true republicans know how to weed out the rag from the rich. The deluded republican masses with a put-on attitude of a Billionaire and no real means to a life of luxury are fooling themselves and live in castles in the air. How many of these people have been invited to duel, date, dine, dance, dally away or rub shoulders with millionaires and billionaires or for an outing on the golf course? The republican delusion of the middle income people is regrettable indeed. The elected republican officials, thriving on this mass delusion, snap to attention and are ready to serve the one millionaire or billionaire, who cast only one vote but contributed tons of money to the Super PAC. How many times the voting public languish for a real solution from the legislators, while they (the legislators) languish for a call from a millionaire or billionaire, who receives unsolicited legal bribery in the form of tax breaks at people's expense. The Super-Rich pay 15% tax, 'not a dollar more and not a dollar less', while everybody else pays more than twice that. When questioned on this lack of sharing the tax burden fairly, the republicans immediately invoke their favorite slogan Class Warfare. The Super-Rich create jobs: Is it a myth or reality? Recent studies indicate that the Government created more jobs than the Super-Rich. Some Super-Rich with compunctions and a sense of public weal propose that everyone is taxed equally. The notion that Corporations are people diminishes the worth of the individual voter because Corporations carry more financial clout than John Q. Public. They can pack the Super PACs with many buckets of duckets.

January-February 2012. There are destructive internecine fights among the republican candidates. Mitt is Obama Lite or small food stamp, while the President is the Big Food Stamp according to Newt. It was under the republican administration, Grand Food Stamp reigned supreme.

During the election time, all candidates vie with each other to be in the forefront for the immigrant causes esp. the Latinos for obvious reasons.

I see a comedic twist, when the republicans question the citizenship status of President Obama. They call the President a Kenyan because he was born of a Kenya-born economist. On that score, is Mitt Romney a Mexican because he was born in Detroit of a Mexican-born George Romney? Should he be picking produce (the objectionable view) or have the title of the First Hispanic President? In a way, Mitt is wooing the Latinos for their votes, asserting his pro-immigrant beliefs. Romney is the most likable to me but not to the republican right and most likely to be a Republican nominee. There is an unintended disconnect between his thought and speech: I don't care about the poor. He says things that fit time and place, which is open to misinterpretation. Ron Paul, the second person I like, would rather trade with the enemy than wage a war. Ron needs a motorized mountain gear to go up the slippery slopes to Nomination. Mitt ascends the slopes with big push from below by Buckets of Duckets from Super PACs. Newt lives by his words and dies by his words in this election season. Mitt will scale the mountain to the base camp of Republican Convention Point but will fail to reach the mountain top: the White House. Romney would fall into the frozen yawning debate crevasse between Convention Point and the Top of the Mountain.

Gingrich Super PAC fires back.

But Gingrich showed no signs today of slowing down in Iowa

The former House speaker fired up his campaign bus while his super PAC fired back at Romney, unveiling a new ad labeling the former Massachusetts governor as a member of the “liberal Republican establishment.”

“Don’t let the liberal Republican establishment pick our candidate,” the ad says. “On the airwaves, we’re seeing a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde campaign. Dr. Jekyll Romney, for example, plays nice with ads paid for by his own campaign while Mr. Hyde Romney savages Newt Gingrich with ads paid for by the supposedly independent Romney Super PAC.”

And while the candidates claim they have no real influence over their super PACs, the groups don’t look independent.

Romney’s super PAC, for example, is run by his former top lawyer, with much of the money coming from his colleagues at Bain Capital. Rick Perry’s super PAC is run by his former chief of staff.

The tax breaks, a legalized form of gargantuan bribery, serve to fill the coffers of the legislators and the Super PACS, so they can run the campaigns and the rich do not feel any less rich for parting with their pennies, accumulated from tax breaks. The Mill*s and Bill*s toss their pennies into the politicos' wishing wells in a flippant manner knowing well that every tossed penny will earn the gratitude and servility of the politicos, whose loyalty remains the property of the Mill*s and Bill*s. Many Bill*s expressed that the mountain of pennies saved by tax breaks are not needed and can go to the public good. Their pennies (read Megabucks) do not create jobs but only make them richer and fill the coffers ( Super PACs) of the legislators or contenders.

Many robotic republican voters with modest middle class means are against unionization, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, while at the same time they, their family (near, dear and far) and friends enjoy the benefits from the Government programs. They seem to take a vicarious and delusional satisfaction in siding with the republican cause while enjoying and surviving on the democrat's legislative social programs. Opposition to government programs are euphemism for anti-immigrant attitudes, 'chroma-phobia or Chroma-shyness' , benign neglect of the minorities, indigents, and the vulnerable in the country. I do support some of the Republican causes. Such voters with an unquenchable penchant to feel and feign an affiliation with the right wing republicans are indeed reaching for the moon. Yes, Newt wants to establish a colony in the moon. That is lunacy, when there are many homeless people in the USA. The republican machine wants your vote and not your unwashed body, mind and soul and your unrealized dreams (Luke. 11:38 But the Pharisee was surprised when he noticed that Jesus did not first wash before the meal.) The most pathetic sight is to see a recent immigrant or the progeny of colored immigrants announce their republican affiliation. America has come a long way from the days of decimation of Bison, Slave trading and other undesirable traits. Some among us retain these traits to suit modern setting and have no consideration for the fellow human beings.

Our brains have been maturing over millennia, by which we have democracy, relatively peaceful society, social programs and such. We as a species have been changing for the better. Some among us are atavistic, falling back on the old traits, resisting salubrious changes in our psyche and behavior and fighting emergence of more humane species. Atavistic men show virtual tail, predatoriness, avarice, and other undesirable traits, which the humans have been gradually giving up for the common good either because of legislation (and) or internal change. In this regard, the Europeans and Canadians are less atavistic and more progressive than the Recidivists in the US. It could be the result of humanistic legislation with regards to equality in work place, healthcare, retirement..., which effects a change in the behavior of the nation. Take race relations in America in the past and now at the present. We have progressed from the days of strange fruits of poplar trees to hanging together and electing a biracial president. Legislation by perceptive people has made America more civilized. These inhuman atavistic traits were present in the distant past, when tribes were brutal and inhumane to one another. A less virulent and yet an infectious form of the same traits has afflicted the atavistic Regressives and Recidivists. This is living in the past at the present. History of modern America starting from the pilgrims to the present shows a selective breed of men who were atavistic to start with and continue to be atavistic now in the form and name of Regressives. Their kind killed the Bison almost to extinction, so they would starve the native Americans. Their kind introduced slavery, so they can thrive on the labor of others. If the Africans came here like other immigrant groups, the results would have been different.

We are so proud to say we are a Christian Nation and Christ today would question that proposition without a second thought. We (including virtual me) go to church, shed our bags of sin, come back to old ways and feel good that JC already shed the blood for our past, present and future sins. How convenient. How comforting it is! JC made it possible. The Regressives in the pursuit of Atavistic Recidivism will always hold us back from realizing the American Dream for every one.

Jesus Christ as he appears here will be eyed slantingly by many, frowned upon openly by some and discouraged by words tinged with practiced euphemism to enter his own church simply because of his swarthy complexion and the sun-kissed skin, uncouth appearance, sayings, opinions and manners. (Luke. 11:38 But the Pharisee was surprised when he noticed that Jesus did not first wash before the meal.) Man, He is an embarrassment to the beautiful people. The church and the Master Painters had to give him a makeover to resemble his flock (and teach Him some table manners too). They are not embarrassed by the fact that they have altered JC's appearance radically and made him look European, which JC is not. On the left, you see the real democratic version of Jesus Christ and the republican version is the romantic image of alteration and European look. Will real JC raise his hand?

Democrat Kathy Hochul has pulled off an unlikely victory in a special New York House election to replace Lee on Tuesday night, upsetting her Republican competitor in a red-leaning district. The race, in New York’s 26th District, drew national attention when it began to be viewed as a referendum on Rep. Paul Ryan’s budget plan, which would make controversial changes to Medicare. Jane Corwin, the GOP’s candidate, defended Ryan’s plan, while Hochul used it as her main line of attack. Poll watchers said they had seen heavier-than-normal turnout, although one commissioner said the amount of people was “nothing astronomical.” Cheat Sheet

First they gave money away to the Billionaires. Now they want to mess around with Medicare (Yes, it is my Medicare.). What is the idea? The seniors will die by thousands, unable to bear the cost of healthcare. The money saved will be given away to the Billionaires. The Republicans will screw up the Social Security; that will dispatch the seniors to early grave. The money saved will be given away to the Billionaires. The republicans will foul up the Medicaid; that will send poor folks to early grave. The money saved will be given away to the Billionaires. With all the old people and the indigent dead, the money saved will be spent on foreign wars.

Someone said recently in TV that the Republican plan is to kill off the seniors by curtailing Medicare benefits and giving those benefits as tax brake to the Super-Rich. November 28, 2011. I hope it was said in jest.

(JC is against possessions; the American dream of having a house, a car, a bank account; a deck of credit cards that he shuffles and picks one to purchase; and life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. If JC had His way all the present miseries would not have happened. Now that it happened, JC will take in stride Housing collapse (bubble and bust), Bank collapse (sub-prime mortgage lending), Main street ruination, and Wall street collapse. JC blames all this on stark unmitigated greed. JC is definitely against obscene executive salaries, golden parachutes, fat severance pays, windfall profits (one person earned $5 billion, Jan 2011) and other Wall Street largess. They seem to have come back in full force and vigor--July 2010. There will be incarnations of Madoff and Rajaratnam in the future; don't bet against it.

Mt. 20:1-16 Parable of the Labourers in the Vineyard: Equal Pay for Unequal Work. Jesus Christ risked being sued by the lawyer for the day laborers. (JC wants full employment but flat pay irrespective of hours put in.)

Mk. 12:1 The Parable of the Tenants: Jesus then began to speak to them in parables: "A man planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a pit for the winepress and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and moved to another place. Mk. 12:1

Mk. 12:2 At harvest time he sent a servant to the tenants to collect from them some of the fruit of the vineyard.

Mk. 12:4 Then he sent another servant to them; they struck this man on the head and treated him shamefully.

Mk. 12:5 He sent still another, and that one they killed. He sent many others; some of them they beat, others they killed.

Mk. 12:6 "He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying, 'They will respect my son.'

Mk. 12:7 "But the tenants said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.'

Mk. 12:9 "What then will the owner of the vineyard do? He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others.

Mt. 21:45 When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus' parables, they knew he was talking about them.

Mt. 21:46 They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd because the people held that he was a prophet.

JC accuses the priests and the Pharisees (the rich) of murder. They looked for a way to arrest JC, who was popular with people and regarded a prophet.

Bible Matthew chapter 23 has Seven Woes on the Teachers of the Law and the Pharisees

Mt. 23.14 Woe to you, lawyers (teachers of law) and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you devour widows' houses, and for a pretense make long prayer: therefore you shall receive the greater damnation. Mt. 23.14 (JC against Greedy lawyers, Reverse mortgage lenders to widows and the elderly....)

Mt. 23:27 "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. (It is like saying, "Let me see the skeletons in your closet.")

Mt. 23:28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness. (This is a common complaint directed against people, esp. the politicians, elected officials.... The politician or some other misguided soul claimed illegal immigrant nanny's wages as deductible expense. I am not sure what JC thinks about Arizona anti-Immigrant Law. June 2010. I suppose JC is against it.)

Mk. 14:1 Now the Passover and the Festival of Unleavened Bread were only two days away, and the chief priests and the teachers of the law were looking for some sly way to arrest Jesus and kill him. (The priests and the lawyers plot to kill JC for what he said and did but he was admired by his disciples and followers.)
